2022 Year in Review

That’s a wrap for 2022! And what a year it was. Our team welcomed four new team members, hosted several events, moved offices, and managed to beat last year’s record for our highest transactional value yet.

With a team of thirteen, we were able to close 146 deals this year. Transacting a value of  $194,998,135 including 1,624,000 square feet and 92 acres of land. This new team record could not have been set without the hard work and dedication of our sales and support team.

Team News

Have you met our new teammates? First up, we welcomed Brandon Garth onto our team. Brandon is a competitive, driven salesperson primarily specializing in the land, industrial, and office asset classes in the Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton markets.

Next, Bob Robertson joined our team. With over 23 years of experience, Bob is well respected within the brokerage community itself, working alongside the team focusing on Industrial, Office, and Land assets within the Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton market. Bob’s clients know him for his loyalty and diligence; colleagues know him as approachable and always willing to help.

We are excited to announce that Philip Vargas joined our team as a Market Data Coordinator. Philip is the team’s dedicated data and research specialist. He provides the team with accurate, high-quality information when advising their clients. In addition, Philip maintains high-level statistics on the Oakville-Burlington-Hamilton markets to better predict the market’s futures and give clients an overview of performance in their market.

Lastly, Sean Kelly joined our team a few months ago. Sean delivers real estate expertise ranging from small businesses to large global MNCs. With a background in financial services, Sean is able to help clients with financial analysis and expert evaluations. A natural-born leader and sales performer, Sean embraces new challenges with refreshing confidence and determination that inspires those around him.

What’s Next

Last year we hosted two networking events,  launched on Instagram, and released Issue One of our new monthly newsletter.  This year, you can look forward to more networking, market reports, and listings from our team.
