A Year in Review

Though coronavirus continued to stall the office market, industrial and land remained strong throughout 2021. With an increased desire for many companies to consider options outside the downtown core, Halton and Hamilton became a top location in the commercial real estate hunt for many industries. As a result, we can predict that Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton will continue to see an increase in average lease and sale prices in the future for all sectors.

Our team had a great year! We grew in size – adding Chris to our team as an additional Sales Representative with a focus on market intelligence and research. Chris is a driven professional who is dedicated to establishing long-term relationships built on trust. Chris shows enthusiasm when translating, networking, & prospecting opportunities for clients.

With the power of ten we were able to accomplish 163 deals this year – an average of a deal every 52 hours – a feet we could not accomplish without our teams unique roles and expert leadership.  With help from our dedicated support – Jennifer and Katelyn – our sales team was able to reach a transactional value for this year of $140,298,000 – a new team record!
